Hadde den utstilt Oslo motorshow, mange escort entusiaster så over bilen og fikk meget hyggelige tilbakemeldinger på jobb og restaurering så all honnør til han som har gjort det. ( Godkjent RS2000 motor uten HK )
Motor og gir er Ring speed T9 med grom clutch- Simpson eksos rustfritt 455 mm, den har en tendens til og sote ned plugg nr 4 så når jeg har vært på litt lengre turer Har jeg pleid og sette inn en som ny pussa Weber- Kort styring Hadde plan å finne original hjul og restaurere til reservehjulet baki det mangler Peilepinne til olje bør byttes til en som er ment for RS2000 Alu panne Tank & temp ,åler virker ikke Sjekket kabler så fått tak i RS2000 instrument vasket klart trenger nytt glass så tenker jeg alt er ok .
Karosseri total restaurert nye skjermer div hel grunna og lakkert tomt karosseri og dører Mye jobb dette se bilder
Bremser Willwood store skiver og Kalippere - 9" tromler bak alt nytt Willwood pedalboks med Ford pedaler-Gr4 mellom aksel -Gr4 forsterkninger i karosseri- Gr 4 bredder og spoiler foran - RS ratt meget finreding med skåla seter ( har RS instrument liggende) -Felger og dekk nytt kun kjørt litt i sommer

Very nice completely restored Escort MK2 is sold for customer due to changed life situation.
Had it on display Oslo motor show, many escort enthusiasts looked over the car and got very nice feedback on work and restoration so all credit to the guy who has done this ( Approved RS2000 engine without HP )
Engine and gear is Ring speed T9 with grom clutch- Simpson exhaust stainless 455 mm, it has a tendency to soot down plug no 4 so when I have been on slightly longer trips I have used to put in one as new polished Weber- Short steering Had plan to find original wheel and restore to the spare wheel in the back it is missing Dipstick for oil should be changed to one that is meant for RS2000 Alu pan Tank & temp ,eels do not work Checked cables so got hold of RS2000 instrument washed clearly need new glass so I think everything is ok .
Body total restored new fenders div completely primed and painted empty body and doors A lot of work this see pictures
Brakes Willwood large discs and calipers - 9" drums behind all new Willwood pedal box with Ford pedals-Gr4 between axle -Gr4 reinforcements in bodywork - Gr 4 widths and spoiler front - RS steering wheel very fine with bucket seats (has RS instrument lying around) -Rims and tires new only driven a little this summer
