Fartøyet er bygget ved Dockstavarvet AB i 2008, som bygg nr. 551.
MASKINERI Fremdriftsmaskineriet ombord består av Twin MTU 8V 2000 M72 dieselmotorer med en ytelse hver på 720 kW v/2250 o/min(980 hk). Disse er koblet til Twin Servogear som omfatter gir, shaft og propeller type HDD220H/9P800. Toppfarten er på 28 knop. Gensettet er et Perkins/Stamford på 10 kVA. Ventilasjonsanlegg er type Servex og brannslukkeanlegget Clean Agent FS49C2.
Maskinene har gått 20.000 timer men skal være totaloverhalt av Kystverket ved ca. 12.000 timer.
Den ble levert juni 2008 til Fedje losbåtstasjon. I 2015 ble den flyttet til Tananger losbåt stasjon, hvor den gikk som fast båt fram til 2017. Da ble den flyttet til Honningsvåg, før den igjen ble flyttet tilbake til Tananger i 2019 hvor den ligger som reservebåt pr. d.d.
Båten er mye påkostet med motoroverhalinger hos B. O. Steen i 2013 og skiftet propeller, propellhoder samt injektorer i 2015.
Gyldig fartssertifikat til 2023, med mellombesiktigelse innen Juni 2021.

The vessel was built at Dockstavarvet AB in 2008, as building no. 551.
MACHINERY The propulsion machinery on board consists of Twin MTU 8V 2000 M72 diesel engines with an output each of 720 kW v / 2250 rpm (980 hp). These are connected to Twin Servogear which includes gear, shaft and propeller type HDD220H / 9P800. The top speed is 28 knots. The generator set is a 10 kVA Perkins / Stamford. Ventilation systems are type Servex and the fire extinguishing system Clean Agent FS49C2.
The machines have run 20,000 hours and were completely overhauled by the Norwegian Coastal Administration at approx. 12,000 hours.
It was delivered in June 2008 to Fedje pilot boat station. In 2015, it was moved to Tananger pilot boat station, where it was a permanent boat until 2017. Then it was moved to Honningsvåg, before it was again moved back to Tananger in 2019 where it is located as a reserve boat until today.
The boat has been extensively serviced with engine overhauls in 2013 and replaced propellers, propeller heads and injectors in 2015.
Valid speed certificate until 2023, with intermediate inspection by June 2021.
NB! Life rafts not included, they are rentals.
