Your item is released for pick up when payment is registered by Retrade.
The buyer is responsible for all costs connected to freight of the item(s). Delivery is agreed between buyer and seller. The buyer is responsible for agreeing with seller on all details concerned to pick up and freight. Payment needs to be registered in Retrade’s system before the release of an item by a seller. By bringing the object with you from the seller, you have accepted the status of the object. Products are to be picked up within 30 days after the auction ends unless otherwise is agreed with seller. After this date, the seller has the right to re-sell or discard the object without notice or compensation for the buyer.
Items are to be picked up at the location stated in the detailed view of the auction. Our selling partners have items spread all over the country and therefore pick up locations will vary.
A payment confirmation with contact information to the seller will be e-mailed to you as soon as payment of the item is registered. NOTE: If you are using a transport company, please make sure the driver brings a copy of this e-mail.
