Waste paper packaging recycling and production lines of poultry egg, industrial and household packaging. The lines were made by Ecofoutre, France in 2007. Costs of new set was 3.693.000 EUR.
The set includes 3 lines producing different size poultry egg packaging, each with the following parts:
- Conveyor and pulper (one for all 3 lines with a grinder 10 m^3, pulper 10 m^3, white water tank 10 m^3) to prepare recycled paper pulp, stainless steel
- Pump, pipes, valves, structure, control units
- White water stainless steel tanks 8 m^3
- Forming stations, moulds for 10-egg cartons and egg trays of sizes 290x290mm and 310x310 mm.
- 6-axes Kuka robots (Germany)
- Vacuum system made by Samson (Denmark)
- 40 t hydraulic presses
- Stacking stations and other equipment
Totally there are three lines using the same pulper on sale.
One line for production of egg trays (30 eggs) and two lines for production of egg cartons (10 eggs).
Productivity of each line is ~2000 pieces per hour. Thus it is possible to produce ~2000 pieces of trays (for 30 eggs) and ~4000 pieces of egg cartons (for 10 eggs)= ~6000 piecs of packaging per hour. Lines can work 24 h/ day, at least 340 days/ year. Thus it is possible to produce 51.000.000 pieces of packaging/ year, bone-dry weight minimum 25-60 grams
Current moulds foreseen for production of egg cartons and 2 different types of egg trays. But it is possible to produce any moulded pulp products - trays for fruits, cup holders, industrial packaging, protecting packaging, etc if moulds are changed.
o Energy - electricity. Power consumption - max 300 kW/h for one line (for more details see specification attached).
o Quantity of recycled paper - 270 kg/h max.
o Water consumption - 3 m^3/h max.
o Number of employees - 4 per shift max for all three lines (1 for each line and 1 for pulper).
Raw material: normal waste paper - brown cardboard, white cardboard, newspaper and magazines
Dimensions: max height of the building 5.5 m, max space of the building 1200 m2. Actual sizes of one line is ~ 13m x 13m, and size of pulper is 8m x 13 m.
- Conditions for dismantling:
Buyer is responsible for dismantling. Some help could be provided from seller side, which should be negotiated separately.
There is an option to continue production on current location without dismantling, in this case conditions of rent of premises should be negotiated separately.
- Deadline for removal
2-3 months after payment is registered in the Retrade system, other terms/ conditions could be negotiated.
- Bidders are welcome to inspect the line at any time, request for inspection should be done one week in advance.
Sales commission is included in your bid. Auction charges and VAT is added when applicable.
Payment charges (kr 250,- / EUR 25) will be added.
All invoices have 5 days payment terms.
Payment must be registered before seller can be contacted for collection of purchased items
All purchases must be collected within 21 days. NOTE! We expect buyer and seller to cooperate on arranging collection according to the current restrictions and instructions from the authorities.
An agreement MUST be made with the seller prior to collection
The auction item is approved bu the buyer at collection.
The buyer is responsible for all costs with regards to pick up, transport and export.
